1. Client ownership
After full payment, clients own the final graphics, videos, photos and copy produced for them and may use them anywhere.
2. Studio materials
Source files, project files, presets and templates remain the property of Media Den Live unless purchased separately.
3. Third party assets
Stock photos, music and fonts are licensed for your use under their own license terms. They may not be resold separately.
4. Portfolio use
We may display completed work in our portfolio and on our social pages unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client supplied materials
You confirm you hold the rights to logos, photos and content you send us, and you agree to cover claims arising from them.
